We’ve had some issues with the bypass tray being recognized, the steps below should resolve it for you.

These screenshots are from an older version of MacOS but the idea is still the same. Go to: system preferences > Printers & Scanners > +

Add the printer in the following the order:

You'll have one more screen with options, select the "Fiery Productivity Package":

Scroll down to "paper source option" and select stack bypass.

That's it! It should print normally now :)
